A professional and friendly service. John kindly undertook to take on our move when our original carrier could not meet our new moving date. Despite the fact that it was a bigger job than indicated on the quote John and his team carried it out for the original company's quote. We offered to compensate for the extra work but refused. A true gentleman!!

We were very lucky to have John and his team. The weather was awful, but they were prepared with appropriate roller coverings, and after laying these down the team got down to the job in a quiet, and orderly fashion. They were so polite and pleasant, and John kept us up to date, on both our original home and our new home. Superb work, and we would have no hesitation in using Bennetts again.

Very Big Thanks to john and the boys, in the last months I moved from Barry to Uttoxeter in Staffordshire. On the day off the move John had to take out my window to get out my large sofa from my upstairs flat - one hell of a job for them. With the vans loaded, the next day the boys left at 5am and pulled up on time after traveling 165miles. I had a ride back to Barry with the boys to pick up my car. A 1st class service all the way, big companies could learn a lot from John and his team I will recommend him to everyone looking for a good job and a good price and a courteous team. Thank you so very much for all your hard work. If anyone needs a removal company then they couldn't get a better firm than John Bennett's. Nothing was too much trouble, every item was handled with care and expertly wrapped. My new house won't be ready for at least 12 months so after living in the same home for 17 years it was a complicated move, with the contents going to a number of temporary locations. This was not an issue for John and his guys. They took all the pressure off. Whatever I wanted, I got. Brilliant!

Finally, I have mention that I had a very large marine aquarium in my kitchen… I am so impressed that this removal was also undertaken by Bennett's as so many would have either given a ridiculous quote or run a mile from the responsibility.

I look forward to seeing the guys again in 12 months and I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Bennetts to anyone. Moving from Edinburgh, to Cardiff and having to store my furniture for 2 months before moving into an apartment was a daunting prospect, especially as I am getting on in years. As part of their move, they donated a large oak desk to us and the removers safely transferred the desk to the top floor of our house and reassembled it for us. I was very impressed with the care they took to protect both the desk, our carpets and our newly decorated walls and bannisters when carrying out the job, particularly since we were merely an 'add-on job' to the main move. I'd use them myself and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you for making my mum's move as simple and stress-free as possible. Packing service thoroughly recommended, one less thing for her to do, with everything being packed carefully a couple of days before the move and some of the furniture being taken in advance.

On the day itself the team couldn't have been more helpful and the remaining items were swiftly packed up and unloaded again the other end, making for a much easier day than I was expecting. Mum was happy, I was impressed - thank you!

Bennetts moved us from a large Victorian house to an apartment in December 2015. We packed ourselves so we could sort before downsizing. Bennetts supplied all the boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape for us. We were partially loaded on the first day and completed loading and unloading on the second day.

I have given them 5 stars because the service was excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We were aiming to move and had provisionally booked the dates with Benetts. Then there was a late hitch in the chain, and we had to postpone the move only 2 days before we were due to move. We then rescheduled the move, and fortunately we were able to arrange this around Bennetts availability.

John was very patient and understanding and his calm, can do, attitude was a great help during this stressful time. Thanks.

John and his team moved us recently and were professional from start to finish. They provided all the boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, paper and special hanging boxes for clothes with the offer of more of anything if we required it. John suggested coming on the Saturday before our Monday move date, to load our boxes and garden furniture onto the van. This worked so well and meant we had ample space to continue our packing in readiness for the move. John even packed a load of items that I hadn't got round to doing, at no extra cost. On the day of the move John and his team arrived nice and early and set up without bothering us. His team were so professional, polite and looked the part in their smart blue uniforms. My daughter had been poorly the night of our move and they were sensitive to her needs leaving furniture she was using until the very end. I cheekily asked John to collect a large piece of furniture from a locall address and again this was done at no extra cost. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The boys even assisted a rival company in moving furniture out in order to move us in more quickly. They made what could've been a highly stressful day to a rather enjoyable one as we were out of our house with hours to spare and in our new house ready for tea. When going upstairs to build our beds, we found they had assembled all of them perfectly so my 3 young children were in bed on time and had a perfect nights sleep and we could celebrate downstairs in our new home with a glass of wine! Cheers John and your amazing team!

I have used Bennett Removals three times in the past six years, the last time taking advantage of their storage facilities too. Each time John and his team have managed to make a potentially stressful day run very smoothly. Nothing is too much trouble and their callm, quiet approach to the task in hand was very much appreciated. John and his staff were fantastic during our house move and I would recommend them to anyone. We had the full packing service because if you ever get it done that way you'll never go back to doing it yourself. We were impressed by how inexpensive it was, cheaper than our move to the area 5 years ago. Particularly noteworthy was that a huge sofa that a previous removal company could not fit in our last place (such that my wife and I took it apart to fit it in) was removed by John and his team with no issues at all, in one piece ! Excellent job done and we are very satisfied customers.

Our completion was the one from Hell! But John was patience and consideration personified. The date got moved back and forth and he moved mountains to fit us in at short notice before Christmas, and even disposed of some furniture to a locall charity that was surplus to our requirements. I've moved houses quite a few times but never had packing done for me - it was excellent value and saved me a lot of time - and made the process of moving much smoother and hassle free. The packing team and removal team took good care of all our possessions - including a piano - and everything was safely and callmly moved. I would use this company again and happily recommend them.

Could not recommend a company more. With only 3 days notice of moving house and my husband working away Bennetts adjusted their commitments to fit me in, supplied boxes and tape and packed all larger items for me. John and his team dismantled and rebuilt many large pieces of furniture that I was unable to do myself and made the whole experience 100% less stressful than it could have been. Fantastic service with a matching price tag.

Our move was very co pix and meant us waiting for over four hours to enter the house but they were patient and fantastic. Boxes were put in correct rooms and nothing was too much trouble. The service I received from John Bennett Removals was great, from the initial assessment of the cost to the move on the day. I chose the professional pack for the first time, and it was absolutely worth it. Every item was carefully and logiCally boxed, which is making the unpacking much easier. The day of the move was stressful, as it always is, even though I wasn't moving far. John and the team were helpful, professional and friendly, and incredibly quick, considering how much there was to move. We approached several companies for a removal quote but after meeting John we decided that he provided just the service we required. We were therefore pleasantly surprised when we were quoted a very reasonable price. John and his team were extremely professional and everything ran as clockwork. We needed a very heavy washing machine to be stored upstairs and this didn't phase the team at all. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wanting a friendly and efficient service.

Professional, methodicall, efficient and trustworthy. All items were securely packed in strong boxes. I had a deadline to meet and Mr Bennett and his team packed, loaded and delivered to my new flat well within time. The stairs and passageways to my flat and inside the flat are very narrow, but everything was delivered with no problems. And some furniture that was disassembled to facilitate the move was put back together again. I am very happy indeed with great customer service. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, everything done by Bennetts during our big move was fantastic, from the original quote to the final box being unloaded from the lorry into the new house. The export packing is amazing & we were given an endless supply of boxes & wardrobes. The professional staff are a pleasure to deal with & very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

John gave a quick and professional quote and was extremely flexible and patient over the many date changes I had with my move. even on the day we were unsure if completion would happen but he remained callm and helpful throughout. The job ended up being much harder than envisaged due to the number of books I have and the fact the new house was on four floors. John even came back a couple of months later to move a very heavy old fashioned TV down to the basement for no extra charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bennetts again.

We moved to an isolated house with only a small single track and far too small for a regular sized removal van. They parked their large truck several miles away and ferried the furniture in a smaller van well into the evening. We are so grateful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
